Assistance Given for Guests of the Room In The Inn Program

The Room In The Inn, a church-based homeless shelter program, recently received a gift of financial assistance from the Outer Banks Relief Foundation. The Relief Foundation has pledged $3000.00 to the Room in The Inn program to be used for the individual needs of the program’s guests, including personal hygiene kits, over-the-counter medicines for the program’s First Aid Kits, and other necessary health-related and personal items for its guests. The Room In The Inn (RITI) program is in its third year of operation on the Outer Banks, and is operating this year from November 14, 2010 to April 3, 2011.
