I’m wanted to write a letter thanking one of your employees for going above and beyond their duty. We have rented from Kitty Hawk Rental for several years and have always been pleased with our home and customer service. This last visit, we spent 2 weeks at the beach and we had to replace a bike tire while on vacation. My husband decided to order another tire and forgot to update the address, needless to say, the package was shipped to the rental house and we were already at home. I was thinking we would never get that package as it’s a rental and then Linda Everett called me to notify us that she had the package. The next challenge was finding UPS or Fed Ex to pick up the package and send it to a new address, never thought it would become such an ordeal. Linda was so helpful that she told me she would drop off the package at a UPS Store after work. I couldn’t believe it. As of now, the package is in route and I can’t thank Linda enough for making this happen.

We look forward to vacationing again in the OBX next summer and working with you. Thanks again for providing such a top notch employee!

Dear George and Andrea,

I just wanted to write a note to thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from both of you in helping me plan my trip to the Outer Banks...When I spoke with George, he was patient, kind, informed, helpful, and professional. I know it seemed like I was asking lots and lots of [stupid!] questions, but this is our biggest trip of the year and we want it to be great. It's not easy planning a trip from far away, to a place that you know nothing about--I just wanted to be informed. George was extremely calm in answering my questions, and he didn't make me feel rushed or stupid at all. Then, today, when I worked with Andrea, I was pleased again! She, too, was patient, upbeat, helpful, friendly and very professional. It was a great experience, and it made me happy that I am renting from you.
I am very excited to visit the OBX for the first time. I hope the rental and the location live up to the great experience I had working with George and Andrea.
